Raw Feeding 101: Fueling the Working Dog

Kibble vs. Biology
Dogs are facultative carnivores. Their teeth, jaws, and digestive tracts are designed to tear meat and crunch bone. Highly processed kibble, often full of corn and fillers, does not honor their biology.
The Benefits of Raw
Start a Dobermann on a raw diet and you will see:
* Tighter, smaller stools (less waste)
* Glossier coats and healthier skin
* Cleaner teeth (bone acts as a toothbrush)
* More consistent energy without sugar crashes
The PMR Model (Prey Model Raw)
We follow the 80/10/10 rule:
* 80% Muscle Meat: Beef heart, specialized blends, chunks of chicken/pork.
* 10% Edible Bone: Chicken quarters, duck necks, turkey wings.
* 10% Secreting Organ: 5% Liver, 5% other secreting organ (kidney, spleen).
It is not as complicated as it sounds. Prep once a week, freeze in portions, and feed your dog real food.
